I integrate hypnosis into my private practice because it was the approach that finally led to my healing. For years, I lived with conversion disorder—a condition in which emotional distress presents as physical symptoms, often without a clear medical explanation. At one point, the symptoms became so debilitating that I questioned whether I could continue my work as a therapist. A trusted friend recommended hypnosis, and through a series of sessions, I experienced a profound shift. My health improved, my confidence returned, and I felt truly empowered in my healing journey. That personal transformation is what fuels my passion for offering hypnosis as a powerful, evidence-based tool for change.
